RETURNS/ REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION

In case there is an order cancellation, please do it before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped it cannot be cancelled using our website.

SHIPPING

We ship all over India and try to get the best rates for our cutomers. Orders placed Monday through Saturday will be processed on the same or following business day and wil be shipped within 2 business days of order placement. Our shipping charges for your order will be calcualted and displayed at checkout. 

 

RETURNS AND REFUND:

We have a return policy only if the Product is found to be damaged from our side. All you have to do is take a 360-degree angle uncut video of the product once you receive the product. And claim returns within 24 hours of receiving the product. 

There will be no exchange and return on the Product having discounts or offer.

  • In case a product received by you is damaged, please intimate us within 48 hours of receipt of the package. Send us video of package being opened via email at krishajewells03@gmail.com or on WhatsApp number 7822870468. We will then approve your return request.

 

  • Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to return with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back into the box/packaging. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day we approve your return request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund if the product(s) is shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped.

 

  • Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy. Refund of the payment will be done within 7 working days.

 

  • In case you have inadvertently placed order of a product twice, please do intimate us and the payment of one order will be refunded.
